"Thanks you to the Bush Nursing Centre for their help and support with Pathology, Injections, Dressings, navigating My Age Care, and assisting with transport to and from specialists and hospital services. It is also comforting to have the benefit of educational sessions on so many health issues along with a cup of tea or coffee and a chat.
Congratulations also on the introduction of classes designed to help with the prevention of falls. Well done. "
